Every patient is an individual

We encourage maximum independence and choice within the home, and we collaborate closely with families to understand the unique needs of each of our residents. This enables us to create completely personalised care plans that incorporate each resident’s life stories, interests, likes, and dislikes.

We offer both long and short-term care, as well as respite and convalescent care. Our care homes in Uckfield has 64 en-suite bedrooms, all of which are significantly larger than industry standards.

Step inside our home

Our Temple Grove has been designed to be as comfortable as possible. 
There are no long institutional corridors, but rather four separate wings, each housing between 12 and 14 residents. 
We have two wings on the first floor and two wings on the ground floor. 
These are built around large, comfortable communal areas, with a dining room and lounge on each floor. 
We also have a film/TV room, a shop, a hairdressing salon, and additional family rooms.
 
Ground-floor rooms have direct access to the gardens, as well as their own patio areas. Large picture windows on the first floor are placed at a lower than average level to allow residents to take advantage of the views out into our beautiful gardens, including watching the local wildlife. Temple Grove Nursing Home is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and together we uphold the highest standards of care.
 
All rooms are fully furnished and include electric profile beds, a desk, a wardrobe, a sitting area, flat-screen televisions, and wi-fi. The room, however, is your home, and you are welcome to bring as much of your own furniture as you like.
